Pamplona Bullfight Tickets: Front-Row Contrabarrera Shade Seats

Our Contrabarrera tickets reserve you the best seat in the house amongst true bullfighting aficionados, who quietly take in every piece of the action. These premium, limited availability, Contrabarrera Sombra (shade) seats are the two rows behind the elite Barrera section. You are seated in the first three rows of the arena which is a place of honor for most fans of Spanish Bullfighting. These seats are occupied by very serious spectators who require you to quietly observe each Matador’s performance. Prices of the tickets in this section reflect the high demand for these seats. 

Traditional Pamplona Bullfights from July 7th through July 14th are the finale to the Running of the Bulls each day, featuring matadors who fight the bulls who ran the bull run route that morning. They begin at 6:30 p.m. daily. We highly recommend arriving at the Plaza de Toros no later than 5:45 p.m. so that you may locate your seat.

The Novillada Bullfight on July 5th features younger bulls and bullfighters. This bullfight begins at 8:00 p.m., but we suggest arriving at the Plaza de Toros no later than 7:45 p.m. The Rejones Bullfight on July 6th features Rejoneadors, who conduct the bullfight on horseback.

• Allow time to reach arena as streets are crowded

• Performance lasts about two hours
• Limited availability tickets with immediate confirmation
• Pick up tickets at our "Will Call" office in Hotel Ciudadela between 9:00am and 6:00pm
• Do not go to the Plaza de Toros ticket office - they do not have your ticket
• We strive to seat groups together, but cannot guarantee parties of three or more will be next each other
• Please note, bullfight tickets must be picked up before our main office closes at 6:00pm the day of the bullfight, or they will be forfeited.
